Asset Refinance
If you are experiencing seasonal trading, require a working capital injection or need to fund expansion in your business, then let your
business assets
be used to their
full potential
If you need to raise capital for your business for any of the following reasons:

  • Project work (MBO etc).
  • Buy out a partner or fellow director.
  • Finance an unsuitable asset.
  • Increase working capital.
  • Recruitment of additional staff.
  • Product development.
  • Refurbish and / or upgrade existing plant and equipment.
  • Factory relocation costs.

SAS can help you to raise the necessary capital via a re financing of the assets that you already own.

There are several mechanisms that can be used to provide re finance, namely Sale and Leaseback, Sale and H P back and Chattels Mortgage.

You choose any unencumbered assets in your business, most commonly items of plant and machinery, and SAS will arrange the re financing of these assets for an amount agreed by independent valuation. The cash proceeds are then released to you for use in your business.

Benefits of re-finance

  • Finance is secured on specific assets and additional security may not be required.
  • A quick, easy way of raising capital from assets that you already own.
  • An additional source of funding that leaves existing lines of credit unaltered.
  • Fixed term funding that can be arranged with repayments to suit cash flow and budgeting.
  • Unlike overdrafts, this facility cannot be withdrawn.
  • Competitive pricing.
